• One of our executive recruiters will be assigned to your project and work exclusively for you.
• Within 30 days.
• For each candidate.
• A minimum of five candidates will be presented which are directly sourced from a competing organization
• A minimum of three reference checks will be completed; Two from direct supervisors and one from a peer employee
• All candidates will be met in person by an executive recruiter
• Video conferencing is available by request and at no charge
• Clients are given exclusivity of candidates.  We will not present candidates to other firms while under contract.
• All placements are backed by a 90 day unconditional guarantee.
• Fee’s are paid in three equal installments; Initiation, presentation, & date of hire.
